Q. How much is an over night stay?
A. From £25 per pug per night.
Q: Why do you only take bookings up to three months in advance?
A: At Puglins Holiday Camp, we limit bookings to a maximum of three months in advance to allow us to plan around our family’s lifestyle and commitments. This also means we can better accommodate pug owners who are looking for last-minute holiday options, as many other licensed home boarders get booked up months or even years ahead. Keeping our calendar flexible helps us offer care to those who might otherwise struggle to find availability.
Q. How do you secure pugs while travelling?
A. By law now all dogs must be secured whilst driving in the car, our preferred method is with a crate with pillows and blankets, nice and snug.

A. We try to keep your pugs routine as normal as possible, if they usually sleep on a sofa or in their bed in the kitchen, have their own bedroom, sleep in your bed, we will discuss during the initial booking call.

A. Pugs are a very unique breed and generally thrive in the company of other pugs, we are very experienced in dealing with pugs unique personalities and potential health concerns plus their day to day care.

A. Yes, please bring enough food for your pugs stay and any approved treats, medications, supplements.
We will go through all this information beforehand.
If you have enrolled your pug into fat camp, this will be provided for them in the form of a raw, cooked and natural food diet.

A. We aim to stick to your usual routine as much as possible, however if this is not possible there is a large garden with paddling pool and shade for outdoor play.
Q. I am very nervous to leave my pug somewhere new, how often will I get updates?
A. As much as you like! We are always just at the end of the phone happy to do video calls via WhatsApp and send photos/videos.
Q. My pug needs daily medication, how will you remember to give it to them?
A. Rest assured that your pugs needs are #1 priority, we have a daily chart for each pug to make sure all daily needs are taken care of.

A. When booking a deposit of 20% of the total booking is required to hold your place, this is none refundable or exchangeable, so please ensure your dates are accurate.

A: Yes — at Puglins Holiday Camp, we primarily welcome senior pugs (aged five and up) or those who are very calm and placid in nature. This helps us create a peaceful, relaxing environment so that all our pugs can enjoy their holiday without the hustle and bustle of younger, bouncier dogs.
